Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase, provided you have used fewer than 50 credits. Subscriptions can be self-cancelled anytime from your Dashboard.
2. Credit Consumption
Because GPU compute expenses are incurred immediately upon AI generation, consumed credits cannot be refunded. Unused top-up credits remain valid indefinitely on your account.
3. Service Disruptions
If platform downtime prevents you from accessing your purchased subscription benefits, we will grant additional credits or extend your billing period upon request.
